Inside my HR journey, I have evolved from managing foundational HR processes to shaping strategic, technology-enabled people systems across diverse industries. My experience spans industrial relations, performance frameworks, and large-scale transformations. I focus on aligning people, processes, and business goals while fostering high-performance cultures, leveraging HR technology, and enabling sustainable organizational growth in an increasingly dynamic and complex work environment.

My Leadership Roles So Far

1. HR Leader - Indel Money LTD

2018-2021

Lead the HR Operations for a workforce of 1000 employees. Reported to the Executive Director & CEO, serving as a key member of the leadership team and contributing to business expansion.

2. HR Leader - MRF, Medak, HYD

2021-2022

Responsible for overseeing Plant HR and ER functions, with 4500 employees, at the Medak facility. Accountable for implementing HR standards, conducting audits,and driving people process improvements, including safety and employee engagement initiatives.

3. HR Leader - AVT Beverages

2022-2026

Responsible for driving HR Operations to achieve organizational goals, with key focus areas including performance management, talent acquisition, HR technology, statutory compliance, and standards and audits.

4. Partner & Practice Lead

2026-Present

Responsible for the vertical of Organizational Performance, Business Growth & Brand Building etc. through People + Strategies
